Shipping Information

At this time, we are only offering free standard shipping, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail and we do not guarantee any particular shipping date or delivery date.  Most orders will take 2-3 days for processing before they are shipped from Southern California.

Selecting any shipping speed other than our free, standard shipping will NOT reduce the processing time.  

We sincerely apologize for the delay in processing in shipping as we struggle with a shortage of available employees in both our warehouse and with our manufacturer's employee shortage as well.  

**NOTE: From October 1st until October 29th, ALL orders will take one additional business day to be processed.  We apologize for the inconvenience.


All orders are shipped discreetly with your privacy in mind in a plain brown paper wrapper or in a box with “Shoes by EHH” on the return label.


While some orders may be processed and shipped within a 12 hour time frame, the majority of orders are processed and shipped within a 2-3 day time frame, Monday – Friday.

Orders placed after Noon PST are considered received the following business day. **Please NOTE: UPS does not deliver on Saturday. Next Day Air orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until Monday.**


We do not guarantee any shipping date and we do not guarantee ANY delivery date due.  We apologize for this inconvenience.


Our fulfillment department is located in Southern California, and your delivery time will vary by location. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via e-mail once your order ships and you may track your packages at www.usps.com or www.ups.com


In an effort to reduce shipping costs as well as our environmental footprint, single shoe orders may be wrapped in craft paper or placed in a shipping bag as opposed to being placed in a box. Occasionally this will result in a slightly damaged shoe box with the contents safe and secure within the wrapping. If you are sending or purchasing your order as a gift, may we suggest you select our gift wrapping option – and we will wrap your order in your choice of gift wrapping paper and place it in a box for shipping. This will insure that your order arrives in the best presentation shape possible!


International and APO/FPO orders will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). We have discovered that USPS provides 2-3 day Priority Shipping to most locations within the United States at a lower cost and reduced shipping times when compared to UPS or Federal Express.


At this time, we are unable to offer Overnight, 2nd Day or 3 Day shipping.


Shipping to Apartments We will be glad to ship to all apartments (and hotels for previous customers). Please note that at our discretion, we may send your package as SIGNATURE REQUIRED. This is to reduce theft and/or mis-delivered packages at apartment complexes. Please let us know if you are in a complex or area where package theft may occur so that we will send your order Signature Required. You may do this in the NOTES area of the Order Entry process.


To insure our prices are among the lowest offered on the Internet, we charge shipping costs based on weight, location and shipping speed. We invite you to compare our complete price including shipping to other sites who offer ‘free shipping’. You will discover that sites offering ‘free shipping’ simply increase the overall cost of each item to include the cost of shipping both to you and back (in the event of a return or exchange). We prefer to keep your overall cost much lower rather than ‘pad’ the shipping into the price.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the method of shipping you selected, your address, which warehouse the order ships from and the number of items in your shopping cart combined with the total weight and box dimensions required to ship your order. To obtain an estimate of the shipping costs for those items in your shopping cart, use our handy shipping calculator found at the bottom of the shopping cart page.

International Shipping

We are unable to offer any international shipping at this time.

We ship all international packages Express or Priority Mail through USPS (where allowed). At this time, we are unable to ship to Africa or Brazil. Please be advised that once an international package has left the United States, it may take 1-4 weeks for delivery due to customs and other factors. USPS may transfer the delivery function to a different courier within your country.


International orders will be delayed or cancelled should an unverified billing address be provided. We do not ship international orders to addresses other than where your billing address is located. NOTE: If you submit an international order with a shipping address that is different than your billing address, your order will be cancelled without any prior notification.


ExoticHighHeels.com is not responsible for any taxes, brokerage fees, or duty fees for international orders. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.


Refused Shipments All refused shipments will result in 25% restocking charge plus shipping cost occurred, which includes any customs fees, taxes or duties that may apply to International orders

Available Shipping Options

At this time, we offer free standard shipping, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.  Note:  Selecting UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail does not change the estimated processing time of 2-3 days.

UPS and USPS pick up from our facility at the end of the day during the week, so the following day is considered shipping day number one. UPS does not pickup or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays, so please take this into consideration when selecting a shipping option. USPS does deliver on Saturday.

Delivery Times

Please note that we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. The shipping time frames stated for each of our shipping options is the estimated number of days it will take for you to receive your order after your order leaves our warehouse (time of shipment) and not the number of days after you place your order. While in most cases we are able to ship within 1 - 2 business days (or less) of when the order is placed, we can not guarantee it. “Business Days” are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. For an estimate of when you can expect your order to arrive, we recommend using our Delivery Time Estimator.

How do I Track My Shipment?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. You may click on the link for tracking, or cut and paste the tracking number and go to www.UPS.com or www.USPS.com for up-to-minute tracking information.

Free Shipping Offer

Orders of $39 or more qualify for FREE Economy Shipping to most addresses within the continental US. If your merchandise total is $39 or more and your "ship to" address qualifies, you'll see the FREE economy shipping option offered on the page where you make your shipping method selection. Orders shipped International or to Hawaii, Alaska or US Territories do not qualify for this free shipping offer. Please note the delivery times on Economy Shipping to insure your package will arrive within the time frame you need it by.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

Although our shopping cart attempts to correct address errors during checkout, occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund less shipping charges.


All refused shipments will result in 25% restocking charge plus shipping cost occurred, which includes also include any customs fees, taxes or duties that apply to International orders.


Most of the shipping carriers we use will make three attempts to deliver a package. It is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you want to purchase items that were returned as undeliverable, you may place a new order.


If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after two weeks from the expected delivery date, please contact us.
