How to Shop With Us

Shopping at is easy! Start by browsing our website to find the perfect pair of sexy high heels for any occasion. You’ll find our Product Categories listed along the left hand side of the web page. Click on any of these categories to view the sub-categories. You can also use the Search bar feature located at the upper right of each page to search for special terms keywords such as Stripper Shoes or Platform Boots. You may also go the bottom of the front page to search by manufacturer.

When you have found that perfect pair (or two!) of sexy high heels or boots, and the accessories, you are ready to begin!

Step One: Make your selection.

Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, to place your order simply enter the quantity you wish to purchase and then click on the “Add to Cart” button which appears next to the item you’ve selected. Depending on the item you are purchasing you may have other options to complete such as a color or size. Also enter the quantity. Be sure you make these selections carefully. Don’t forget to view the accessories located above the Add to Cart button.

As soon as you click the “Add to Cart” button you’ll be presented with the contents of your Shopping Cart. Here you can review what you have selected. If you adjust the quantities, be sure to click on the “Update Qty” button which will also update your Subtotal Amount shown in your cart.

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified here on the screen. You will also be presented with a request for your e-mail address and you will automatically be notified when the color and size is back in-stock.

Once you have reviewed your order and adjusted quantities as needed, you have the option of continuing to shop (click on the “Continue Shopping” link) OR checking out (click on the “Checkout” button).

Step Two: Select Shipping Options

Assuming you’ve made your all of your selections and are now ready to checkout, click on the “Checkout” button. You will now be able to select your Shipping Speed and see the price calculations based upon your Zip Code and State.

Step Three: Enter Shipping Address

Here you will enter your complete Shipping Address where you would like your order to be shipped to. Note: Orders shipped to a different address than the Billing Address will go through additional security screening and may be delayed a day or two. You will also have the option of changing your shipping method and speed of delivery. Look at the order information on the right hand side of the screen and the updated shipping pricing if you changed your shipping method. Click on Continue when ready.

Step Four: Billing & Payment Information

The next screen you’ll see is the Billing and Payment Information screen. We accept PayPal as well as three other payment options: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You may also use check cards or ATM cards, so long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed here. Note: Debit, Check and/or Gift cards may hold authorization amounts up to three weeks. Make your selection and enter the Card Number, Expiration Date and Card Verification. If the shipping address you've chosen is not the billing address for your credit card account, be sure to enter the billing address for this account in the “Billing Address” section. Note: While we are happy to send your order to an address that is different than your credit card billing address - your order will go through an additional security screening process. Also, if the billing address you provide does not match what is on file with the credit card company - your order may be cancelled without notification. If you have any comments or special instructions, please enter them where indicated in the Notes section. When finished, click on the “Continue” button.

Step Five: Review Order & Confirm.

This is the final step. On this screen you’ll find all of the information about your order in front of you. The items you are purchasing are shown on the right hand side of the screen. Your name, shipping address, shipping method and payment methods appear elsewhere on this screen too. You have an opportunity to click on the “Edit” button if you made an error and/or wish to make any changes before sending your order to us. Be sure to review your order carefully. When you are sure everything is correct, click on the “Send Order” button. Our system will then process your order and present you with a confirmation screen. The confirmation screen is your receipt. You’ll also receive an email from us with this same information including a link on how to check on the status of your order.


Order Confirmation and Status

Once you have clicked on the “Send Order” button, an e-mail with your order confirmation including a link on how to check the status of your order will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during Checkout.

If you do not receive an e-mail from us, please check your “junk” or “spam” mail folder. Some internet service provides (ISP’s); especially AOL will automatically filter out e-mail with HTML coding. You will need to check your e-mail filter settings (aka "SPAM" filter setting) to make sure the emails we are sending you about your order are not being filtered and/or deleted without you viewing them first.

Once your order ships, you will receive another e-mail with your tracking information and a link that allows you to track your package.

We understand that sometimes it’s easier to talk to a real person when placing an order. Give us a call Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm Pacific Standard Time at (714) 617-5625 or (855) 918-2235 During our peak season between September and November, phone order waiting times may be lengthy. We encourage you to place orders via our website as it will have the most up-to-date stock levels and information.


Inventory and Stock Level Status

Our on-line inventory status is updated on a daily basis with real-time data. We ship on a daily basis and update our inventory each day at midnight to make every effort to insure that the most up-to-date stock levels are displayed.

On occasion, especially during our heaviest shipping times of September and October, an item may show as in-stock that is not currently available. You will be notified within 48-72 hours for ground orders and within 24 hours for Overnight or 2nd Day Air should an item be temporarily out of stock.

Please contact us at if you wish to confirm the availability of an item prior to placing an order or you may place a comment on your order during checkout.

Any items marked as Discontinued, Clearance or Close-Out have limited stock levels. The manufacturer has chosen to phase the shoe or boot out of the product line, and once our inventory has been sold-out, it will no longer be available. Once a size and/or color has been depleted, it will not be available in the future. Please note that these items are a FINAL SALE and not eligible for refunds or size exchanges.


Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal transactions. We also accept gift or prepaid Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards ONLY if you have registered your address with the issuing card company. Sorry, we are unable to receive checks and money orders at this time. The company name listed on your credit statement will say: "Shoes by EHH"

It is our policy to not charge your card or PayPal account until we confirm that your order has shipped. We do, however, obtain an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of your order. Please note that this may appear temporarily as a charge on your account statement, but it is an authorization ONLY and usually will go away after 48-72 hours.

To continue our commitment to your security, every credit card processed is run through an address, phone and/or email verification process to verify that the card is registered to the billing address on the order. All PayPal transactions must be for verified accounts with confirmed shipping addresses.

A verified billing address must be provided for all transactions. We will attempt to contact you either by phone or e-mail should the information you provide for your billing address does not match the information on file by your credit card issuer, however, please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order with unverified billing and shipping information at any time.

International orders will be delayed or cancelled should an unverified billing address be provided. We do not ship international orders to addresses other than where your billing address is located. We do not ship to PO Boxes for International Orders. NOTE: If you submit an international order with a shipping address that is different than your billing address, your order will be cancelled without any prior notification. Effective immediately - ALL orders from Russia, the United Kingdom and South America will only be accepted when a verified Paypal account is used for payment. Orders placed with any other payment method will be cancelled without notice. Exceptions will only be provided for existing customers.


Will I Pay Taxes? is not responsible for any taxes, brokerage fees, or duty fees for international orders. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped discreetly with your privacy in mind in a plain brown paper wrapper or in a plain unmarked box with “Shoes by EHH” on the return label.

While some orders may be processed and shipped within a 12 hour timeframe, the majority of orders are processed and shipped within a 2-3 day timeframe, Monday – Friday. Orders placed after Noon PST are considered received the following business day. **Please NOTE: UPS does not deliver on Saturday. Next Day Air orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until Monday.**

We do not guarantee any shipping or delivery date.

Free Shipping is for Standard Shipping orders to most continental United States addresses. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FBO or PO Boxes do not quality for Free Shipping.

In an effort to reduce shipping costs as well as our environmental footprint, single shoe orders may be wrapped in craft paper or placed in a shipping bag as opposed to being placed in a box. Occasionally this will result in a slightly damaged shoe box with the contents safe and secure within the wrapping. If you are sending or purchasing your order as a gift, may we suggest you select our gift wrapping option – and we will wrap your order in your choice of gift wrapping paper and place it in a box for shipping. This will insure that your order arrives in the best presentation shape possible!

International and APO/FPO orders will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). We have discovered that USPS provides 2-3 day Priority Shipping to most locations within the United States.

Overnight and 2nd Day shipping will be shipped via UPS. Saturday delivery is not available.

Shipping to Apartments We will be glad to ship to all apartments (and hotels for previous customers). Please note that at our discretion, we may send your package as SIGNATURE REQUIRED. This is to reduce theft and/or mis-delivered packages at apartment complexes. Please let us know if you are in a complex or area where package theft may occur so that we will send your order Signature Required. You may do this in the NOTES area of the Order Entry process.


Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the method of shipping you selected, your address, which warehouse the order ships from and the number of items in your shopping cart combined with the total weight and box dimensions required to ship your order. To obtain an estimate of the shipping costs for those items in your shopping cart, use our handy shipping calculator found at the bottom of the shopping cart page. Free Shipping is for UPS Ground orders to most continental United States addresses. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FBO or PO Boxes do not quality for Free Shipping.



International Shipping

We ship all international packages Express or Priority Mail through USPS (where allowed). At this time, we are unable to ship to Africa, Argentina, Somalia or Brazil. Please be advised that once an international package has left the United States, it may take 1-4 weeks for delivery due to customs and other factors. USPS may transfer the delivery function to a different courier within your country.

International orders will be delayed or cancelled should an unverified billing address be provided. We do not ship international orders to addresses other than where your billing address is located. Available Shipping Options

If your order is placed Monday-Friday before 6am Pacific Standard Time, your order will usually be processed within 2-3 days from the time you order it. UPS and USPS pick up from our facility at the end of the day during the week, so the following day is considered shipping day number one. UPS does not pickup or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays, so please take this into consideration when selecting a shipping option. USPS does deliver on Saturday.


UPS Ground – To determine how long UPS Griybd will take to deliver your package, please use our Delivery Time Estimator located with the Shipping Calculator in the shopping cart. UPS Standard Ground orders being shipped to most addresses within the continental United States will receive Free Shipping (cannot be combined with any discount codes)

USPS Priority – To determine how long USPS Priority will take to deliver your package, please use our Delivery Time Estimator. Generally, USPS Priority will be delivered within 2-4 days within the United States

USPS Express – Your order will arrive on your doorstep in two to three days if being shipped within the Continental United States. Orders placed after 6am Pacific Standard Time will be one additional day for order processing – although we will do everything possible to get your order shipped that same day.

UPS 2 Day Air (Blue) – Your order will arrive on your doorstep in two days. If you order before 6am Pacific Standard time, Monday-Friday, your order will arrive on your doorstep in 2 business days. Orders placed after 6am Pacific Standard Time will require one additional day for order processing – although we will do everything possible to get your order shipped that same day.

UPS Next Day Air – Your order will arrive on your doorstep in one business day. If you order before 6am Pacific Standard time, Monday-Friday, your order will arrive on your doorstep the following business day. Orders placed after 6am Pacific Standard Time will be one additional day for order processing – although we will do everything possible to get your order shipped that same day.


Delivery Times

Please note that we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. The shipping time frames stated for each of our shipping options is the estimated number of days it will take for you to receive your order after your order leaves our warehouse (time of shipment) and not the number of days after you place your order. While in most cases we are able to ship within 1 - 2 business days (or less) of when the order is placed, we can not guarantee it. “Business Days” are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. For an estimate of when you can expect your order to arrive, we recommend using our Delivery Time Estimator.


How do I Track My Shipment?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. You may click on the link for tracking, or cut and paste the tracking number and go to or for up-to-minute tracking information.


Free Shipping Offer

Free Shipping is for Standard Shipping orders to most continental United States addresses. Orders to Hawaii, US Territories, Alaska, International and APO/FBO or PO Boxes do not quality for Free Shipping. Please note the delivery times on Economy Shipping to insure your package will arrive within the time frame you need it by.


Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

Although our shopping cart attempts to correct address errors during checkout, occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund less shipping charges.

All refused shipments will result in 20% restocking charge plus shipping cost occurred, which includes also include any customs fees, taxes or duties that apply to International orders.

Most of the shipping carriers we use will make three attempts to deliver a package. It is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you want to purchase items that were returned as undeliverable, you may place a new order.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after two weeks from the expected delivery date, please contact us.


Same Day Shipping

Most orders placed Monday-Friday before 6am Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day. During peak season (September-October) this may change; if so, we will post that information here.


Refunds and Returns

Easy & Effortless Returns

Imagine this - Easy & Effortless Returns! Virtually all of our products are guaranteed to come with an Easy & Effortless Return process, but there are a few rules (as with everything in life):

You have 45 days to get your returned items back to our warehouse

Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to any returned order of 4 or more pairs of shoes

No RMA number is required.

There are some items that are never returnable:

Items that have been worn, used or altered

Merchandise missing items or without the original packaging

Clearance Items

Due to health code regulations, the following items can only be returned in their original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging:

Eyelashes, undergarments, socks, and stockings

If you purchase any of the above listed items it is important you look at the item carefully to make sure it is what you ordered before opening the factory packaging. Once the packaging is opened, we cannot accept a return for the item. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.

If an item is returned and falls outside the above criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return completely OR subject it to a 20% handling and restocking charge. Orders that are refused for delivery will be subject to a 20% handling and restocking charge. Note too that refunds are issued for the price of the merchandise ONLY and only on the credit card account number used to make the original purchase. We will not refund shipping or handling charges either direction.The only exception is in a situation where we made an error in fulfillment by shipping the wrong item.

If a refund is denied based on the above criteria, we will not automatically return the item to you. Items that are denied a refund are only returned to the customer if the customer authorizes us to charge their credit card for applicable UPS return shipping fees. Otherwise, items that are not claimed within sixty (60) days will be discarded or donated depending upon the condition.

If you have any questions as to what our refund and return policy means and how it applies to your purchase, we urge you to contact our Customer Care department before making your purchase.


How to Send Back a Return

Place the shoes in their original shoe box, and place that box in a shipping box or wrap in paper for protection.

Fill-out the Return information on the packing list that came with your order. If you did not receive a packing list with return information on it, please enclose a copy of your original invoice or order and ship to the address below. We must have your order number to process the return.

Shoes returned MUST be in NEW, UNUSED Condition with non-damaged packaging. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. Be sure to try on your new shoes on a carpeted surface to insure they fit to your satisfaction.

Damaged packaging (to the original manufactures shoe box) will result in a $10.00 box fee. Do not mark, place shipping labels or tape the original box in any way.


The following items can NOT be returned for a refund OR exchange:

  • All items from the CLEARANCE section
  • Eyelashes, socks, Foot Petal accessories or stockings
  • Any item with signs of wear or damage.
  • Packages marked as REFUSED but have been opened will not be accepted.
  • Any items missing the original packaging will not be accepted.
  • Items returned after the 45 day invoice date.
  • Only the invoiced price and sales tax will be refunded.

Returns are typically processed within a week of when we receive the item from you. During the Halloween and Christmas seasons however (October to January), this process can take three to four weeks. We only refund the price of the merchandise (exclusive of shipping and handling) unless we shipped the wrong item to you (if this is the case, click here for details of the process.). Before sending the item back to us, make sure you have reviewed our Product Eligibility Criteria to make sure the item you are returning can be returned.

Sorry, we do not issue 'Call Tags' or provide Return Shipping Labels unless we sent you the incorrect item.


Received Wrong Item? Is Your Order Missing an Item? Damaged Order?

Did you receive the Wrong Item? Is something Missing or Broken?

While we try hard to be perfect, we are only human. Sometimes we make mistakes in the fulfillment of orders. Other times, the merchandise may be missing pieces/parts or may be damaged during the shipping process. In these situations we want to do everything we can to fix the problem as quickly as possible. If there is a problem with your order, please follow these instructions for the fastest possible resolution.

The very first step is to notify us in an e-mail to or call our Customer Care Team at (714) 617-5625 or (800) 390-2041 and let us know that something is wrong with the order you received. It is very important to let us know your order number, your name and the specifics of what exactly is wrong with the order. The more detailed, the better.

Depending upon what is wrong with the order, the item(s) you ordered and the time of year, we may be able to fix the problem quickly. In other cases that may not be possible. The customer service representative responding to your call or e-mail will let you know what we can do and the time frame in which we can do it. Regardless, we will respond promptly to your communication.

Please Note: Claims for damaged orders, wrong items received or missing items must be made in writing or by calling us within three (3) days of receipt of your order. If you allow more than 7 days to go by after receiving your order before inspecting it and notifying us, we're unable to assist you.


Size Exchanges

We will provide one size exchange at no charge for orders shipped within the United States only. You ship the shoes back to us, and we will pay for shipping the size exchange back to you.

You may exchange unworn shoes within 30 days of purchase in two ways: 1. If you have time, send the shoes back in their original box (placed within a shipping box or wrapped in paper) within the 30 day period with the invoice and a note with the size or item you want to exchange it for. OR

2. If you do not have the time, place a new order for the item in the size and color that you want. Then, send the first item back within the 30 day period with the original invoice and a copy of your newly placed order. We will then refund you for ground shipping equivalent to the amount on your original order once we receive your returned shoes.

We are very sorry that due to the high shipping costs for orders outside of the United States, we are unable to provide free size exchanges. Please return your order for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.

Technical Shoe Information & Glossary

Sizing We carry a huge selection of styles, some of which vary slightly in their sizing. If we know a high heels or pair of boots tends to run large or small, we'll add that information to the product description. We do not carry ½ sizes in any style at this time.

Because we offer shoes for women, men and children, carefully check the description and size selection. To convert Women’s sizing to men’s, please add two sizes. For example, a Women’s US Size 10 would be the same as a Men’s US Size 8.

The opposite is also true to convert Men’s US sizing to Women’s sizing – a Men’s US Size 6 would be the same as a Women’s US Size 8.

Most of our shoes and boots are only available in whole sizes - order the next half size up if you are in between sizes. All of our sexy high heels and boots are in US sizing. Please see our Size Chart for international conversions.

When purchasing open-toed high heels shoes, it is normally recommended to buy the same size you wear in a flat shoe. When buying closed-toe high heels, it is normal to purchase a ½ size larger than your normal flat shoe size. Since most of our heels are only available in whole sizes, please order the next largest size.

If you generally wear a wide width and the high heels, sandal or boots are not offered in a wider width, you may want to go a half size up to give the ball of your foot and your toes more space.

After You Receive Your Shoes

Try your shoes on with the same socks or hosiery you plan to wear with them--this will add up to half a size depending on the thickness you prefer.

Try on your shoes indoors on a carpeted surface--this will protect the soles of the shoes in case you need to return or exchange them.

What is the difference between Patent, PU, Stretch and Leather material?

Patent (Pat), has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance and is a man-made material. PU, short for polyurethane, is a semi-shiny to non-shiny (dull) man made material designed to look like leather. Stretch, either patent or PU, is a thin, stretchable material, which allows it to fit to the contours of the feet or legs. Leather, usually having a supple and comfortable feel and with a texture pattern, is considered by many to be the highest quality material of all used in shoemaking.


How can I remove glue marks on the shoes?

Use lighter fluid. Ordinary lighter fluid applied to a white rag will remover the glue. You can also use glue thinner which can be purchased from any shoe repair shop.


How can I change batteries on light-up shoes?

Peel up the silver sock lining material where the ball of the foot touches, carefully remove the lighting mechanism, replace the old battery with the new one, place it back, and, using hair dryer, blow hot air at the back of the sock lining material where the glue was for a few seconds, then firmly press it back.
